Pink

So a few weeks ago I purchased a wonderful CD entitled Greatest Hits... so far! Did I mention the artist is Pink?  I have always loved her music.  I love how kick ass her lyrics are!  I love how honest she is in her music and so, this was the best purchase I have made in a long time.  The best part, I used an iTunes gift card from my brother and sister-in-law, so it was an excellent birthday gift that will keep giving!!

So tonight, I am leaving you with lyrics from my (current) favorite song!  The lyrics that speak to me the most are "have you ever looked fear in the face and said, 'I just dont care'?  Because lately, fear has been lurking around every corner.  It hides in places I least expect it and it seems like in those moments are when it choses to reveal itself.  Last year, my goal was to live my life more fearlessly and it seems like since I made that goal, fear has been extra present in my life.  Ironic, yea?

I also like the line 'have you ever wished for an endless night'?  I miss those endless nights... and wish for more.  Anyways, enjoy the lyrics!  And if you want to watch a really cool video, Pink had an awesome performance at the Grammys last year.
